Can I rebrand your service so clients don't see the BIPmedia name?
Yes, as long as you have access to your DNS. You'll want to create a CNAME record that points to your
BIPmedia backup server. For example, you might point sam.mycompany.com to sam.BIPmedia.com. When your user (sam) logs into the service, there will be no mention of BIPmedia anywhere.
Do you have special reseller pricing?
At this time, we do not offer an additional reseller discount off of our standard prices. However, for our larger resellers, we do offer custom
storage servers, which (depending on requirements) usually have a lower price per GB than even our lowest priced plans. Please contact us for details.
Can you combine multiple accounts onto one bill?
Of course! We can combine all your accounts onto one bill, or we can charge you for each account individually. The choice is yours.
We can also charge your customer directly if you'd prefer. You may still rebrand our service if we do this, but your customers will see the BIPmedia name on their credit card statement.
Can I resell both FTP Storage & Backup Plans as well as rsync/Linux Backup Plans?
Yes. You may mix and match plans as you see fit. FTP Storage & Backup Plans allow you to create multiple sub-accounts; you may resell individual sub-accounts if you prefer.
Can I get a custom storage server from you that is just for my clients?
We do offer dedicated storage servers for resellers that need a lot of space (> 2TB). Dedicated storage servers can be customized to fit your exact needs (e.g. custom RAID setup, custom software
installed, etc.). Please contact us for details.
How do I get started?
Simply signup online for your first plan, and then email us at resellers@BIPmedia.com to let us know you're planning to resell our services. When you signup for your second plan, just mark 'I'm an existing customer' during the signup process.
