Since we support industry standard FTP and rsync protocols, you can use the software of your choice,
and we'll support it! Our platform is compatible with thousands of packages, including all the most
popular backup and file transfer software. If you're not sure what you want to use, we have several recommendations for you.
We use only high-quality, RAID enabled servers, housed in our Tier-1 datacenter. Discounts are
available for 3-, 6- and 12-month commitments, and we welcome reseller partners who
wish to offer remote backup and storage to their customers.
* Our FTP Storage & Backup Plans allow you to create user sub-accounts, and restrict access by sub-account. Our rsync/Linux Backup Plans come with only one user login,
